Cancellation

All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the booking time. A AUD10 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations, and remaining amount to be refunded to clients.

Booking Amendment / Update

Any amendments or updates to existing booking are required to be made at least 24 hours before specified booking time. Failing to do so will be treated as cancellation and a AUD10 fee will be charged. No charges to be made for booking amendment or update.
